Op Mahadev avenge Pahalgam massacre, brings justice to victims: ATVK

On the solemn yet proud occasion of 28th July 2025, the entire nation witnessed the spirit of justice and national resilience during Operation Ma-hadev, executed with precision and valor by our Army and Jammu & Kashmir Police. The encounter at Dachigam has successfully neu-tralized the terrorists responsible for the barbaric massacre of 25 innocent civilians in Pahalgam on 22nd April 2025 – a brutal act orchestrated and sponsored by Pakistan.

As a Human Rights Defender and Chairperson of ATVK, I stand in solidarity with the 25 bereaved families who have long awaited justice. This operation is not just a counter-terror achievement-it is a tribute to the innocent lives lost, a moment of truth for the families, and a symbol of India’s unwavering stand against terrorism.

The Dachigam encounter sends a strong message to all terror sponsors and perpetrators: India will not forget, will not forgive, and will never let terrorism prevail on its soil. The successful operation stands as a testament to the com-mitment and sacrifices of our brave security forces, who have once again restored faith in justice, rule of law, and national integrity.
