Donations made to ATVK Foundation through our website are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as an administrative or technical error made by ATVK Foundation or its authorized payment service providers, including accidental duplicate transactions.
If you believe an incorrect payment has been processed or an error has occurred, please contact us immediately with relevant transaction details. In most cases, payment disputes and reversals are handled directly by your bank or credit/debit card provider, who may subsequently coordinate with us regarding the matter.
ATVK Foundation reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
