Kashmiri human rights activist Tasleema Akhter exposed Pakistan’s double standards.

Tasleema Akhter, Chairperson of ATVK (Association of Terror Victims in Kashmir) and a Kashmiri human rights activist, has exposed Pakistan on several issues, including terrorism. While speaking to the media, she also talked about the growing tourism and development in the new era of Jammu and Kashmir.

Through her advocacy for victims of terror-related violence, she has exposed Pakistan’s role in supporting cross-border terrorism and has called for greater international attention to the suffering endured by affected families. While speaking to the media, she emphasized that the region is witnessing significant positive changes, including improved security, increased investment, and rapid infrastructure development.

She also spoke about the remarkable growth in tourism, with a rising number of domestic and international visitors contributing to the local economy. According to her, better connectivity, new development projects, and expanding opportunities for youth have helped create a more optimistic environment in Jammu and Kashmir. She noted that these developments are enabling residents to focus on education, employment, and entrepreneurship, fostering greater social and economic progress across the region.
